Translates to 'drowned sandwich', a traditional Mexican street food dish, originally served in a plastic bag to soak up all the tomato sauce.
We serve our house slow roasted pork shoulder in a toasted roll, drowned in our homemade tomato sauce and topped with pickles.
However, ours is served on a plate, not in a plastic bag.
